Hearty Jar Jam Oats

You may have met Freddie! She works in the Breakfast Club. At the Jar Jam counter, she helps you make food in jars.

These overnight oats are a healthy Jar Jam specialty. They help the Party Parrots start their night (and day)!

Jar Jam Oats

Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 8 hours | Servings: 1

You will need:

  • Mason jar with lid
  • Spoon
  • Fridge
  • Measuring cup
  • Measuring spoons


  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk
  • ⅓ cup Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ tablespoons honey
  • 1 ½ tablespoons chia seeds
  • Blueberries


  1. Put all the ingredients into a jar. Stir with the spoon until the ingredients have been mixed well.
  2. Close the jar with the lid. Leave the jar in the fridge for 8 hours.
  3. Take off the lid.

Enjoy a creamy breakfast straight out of the jar!
